Resizing Windows Partition

Can I resize my windows partition in Bootcamp without reinstalling Windows 7 or will I have to delete Windows and reinstall it?

Yes, simply shrink your OSX partition inside OSX using Disk Utility. Then reboot into Windows 7 and increase your Windows partition (use the free space from step1).

A few more questions. Does disc utility come preinstalled on new imacs? Also how do i know if i have HTS or NFTS partition?

Yes, Disk Utility comes with every Mac, it can be found from Applications > Utilities. Generally, HFS+ for OS X and NTFS for Windows. Click the partition in the left hand side and on the bottom there reads "Format"
