LG 38UC99 has a native resolution of 3840x1600.
I just want to confirm the 2014 Mini cannot support that resolution (via any means ie software hack) at 60hz.
From reading I’m nearly positive it can’t but I have the monitor and a 1tb SATA SSD and a cheap used/refurbished Mini would be perfect.
What is the max output it could do for an ultra wide monitor (resolution versus refresh compromise (ex 3440x1440@60) and what’s the experience like? Smooth enough for day to day use?
PS I know about the rumored new mini but that doesn’t help to use the sata SSD.
Thanks in advance.
