MP 1,1-5,1 Resolve Editing SSD

Hi guys I have 2015 Mac Pro 5.1 running Monterey with latest open core with Radeon RX 570 4 GB, 64GB 1333 MHz ddr3 memory and 2 x 6 core intels. I have 860 EVO SSD as main drive and 4 TB Western Digital HD in raid O for my video files I am primarily shooting raw black magic cinema camera 2.5K. Would I benefit moving to NVME for my video files or and keep SSD or switch everything to NVME one for OSX and and 4 TB for resolve video files I am just hobbyists here if you can recommend any NVME cards and drive I am looking foe 2 TB storage . Any suggestions would be apppreciated
