iPhone Respring speed?

I noticed that when I had Auxo the respring toggle was a very quick respring that brought back the Apple logo while respringing. I now have been using NCsettings and when I use the respring toggle in this it kinda goes to a black screen then reappears with the same screen that it was just in and then it resprings but all this takes almost twice as long as the respring for Auxo. Is there a reason for this and how can I make it so it doesn't do the flashing of screens and much quicker?
