Hello Apple & Mac friends, is there a keyboard combo to make the 'Shutdown' & 'Restart' appear when at the login (upon booting up)? Because, sometimes you want to restart it but it's already on the login in, if you do a hard reboot by doing a hard downdown using the power button, it might corrupt the macOS?

If there is none, is there a Terminal command to make 'Shutdown' & 'Restart' appear on the Login?

I can't test, but I wonder if Control–Power button works in the lock screen on a Mac Studio.
"Control–Power button* or Control-Media Eject : Display a dialog asking whether you want to restart, sleep, or shut down."

Thanks for looking! I tried but it doesn't work, even connecting the keyboard directly with a cable to the MStudio

I don't think it will make a difference, as all should be displayed according to Apple, but it's worth a try. Profile that sets values for LoginWindow
Code:

Created with iMazing Profile Editor, based on Apple's documentation
"LoginWindow - The payload you use to configure login window behavior (macOS 10.7+)" https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement/loginwindow

I looked at iMazing Profile Editor but it already has all the system values for the login window by default On, as you mentioned 🙂
I have the button to choose Sleep/Restart/ShutDown available if I logout or restart the computer
Still nothing if I leave the computer that goes to sleep, locked and I return or someone else touch it and I still don't want to login in yet but restart or let it sleep or even more useful I want to shut it down fast without having to login again.
Probably the Login window in iMazing Profile Editor refers only to the restart or logout Login Window and not to the one after the computer goes to sleep

I’m sorry, I was in a hurry and I didn’t explain properly. As it was easier, I used iMazing to create the profile by checking all the values, corresponding to hiding Sleep, Restart & Shut Down from the login window, then I manually edited the profile and changed true to false. That should be equivalent to forcing the default values, so showing Sleep, Restart & Shut Down.

Don't be sorry , you are already so nice to try to solve it!!💖
Where should I paste your code?

Still not working . Thanks anyway for your patience to try all possible avenues!
I give up so please, if it's not something you are looking for as well , let it go.

Apple should fix it or it's going to be added to the list of things we loved because they were useful and they axed it
