Restaurant menu app?

Is there any app that can give you the menu for various common restaurants of fast food joints?

The same thing with the purpose of telling you how many calories different items have would work too.

The commonly advertised UrbanSpoon app includes, if users locally choose to put the information in, a section for the menus of each restaurant it has listed. If you're in a highly-populated area, there's a good chance much of that information will be filled in already.

Thanks I'm going to use both. Second is best, but the first has ten times more restaurants.
