I recently purchased the new Mac Mini, opened it, but am not satisfied with it.
I heard that in the States at least, that Apple stores no longer charge you the restocking fees.
But my receipt says "Except where prohibited, a 10% restocking fee will apply to any non-defective item that requires Apple to perform rework prior to resale".
I live in Vancouver, British Columbia. Any one have any experience with this?
As for defects, technically it can be considered defective as it has problems working with my Dell U2311H, as others have reported in other threads.
However, I am hoping they will accept the return with no questions asked.
Thanks in advance
