Restocking iPhone Inventory

Anyone know how often apple stores or att stores for that matter recieve shipments of products. Is it on certain days of the week or just as needed. I'm afraid if I dont get one the day its released they will be out of stock all weekend and I'll have to wait until early the next week. Anyone know if this could be the case?

Online will have them, and worst case scenario they'll ship it once its in stock.

The one I go to usually gets new inventory on Wednesday's. Don't know how this is going to work though.
