Restore 3g to 3.0 on Windows

I want to restore my 3g JB/unlocked Iphone and keep my 3.0 firmware. Itunes insist I must update to 3.1.

I looked at the sticky post in this thread but since I am on a PC I dont have a Command button to push when clicking the Restore button in Itunes. I already have the 3.0 IPSW on my computer, I just dont know how to get Itunes to re-virginize my phone with a custom firware....

Just click the alt or control key (one of the two) at the same time you click the upgrade button in iTunes. If a browser window opens, then select the 3.0 IPSW. If not, try the other key, I am sure it's one of those two.

Edit: Another poster is saying Shift key, probably more accurate than me as I don't use a PC to JB and I was just trying to recall from my reading.
