I am confident I used to have a certain contact's address, but it's no longer there. I've been doing regular backups with Time Machine. Is there a way to restore this info? I've tried Googling, but a lot of the information I've been finding seems irrelevant in Mountain Lion.

Launch Contacts, then launch Time Machine. You'll get the Time Machine interface with the Contacts window going back into time. Just search for the contact you want and then start scrolling back through the backups until you find it.

I tried this but Finder is still what pops up.
