This is probably a really silly question, but I couldn't seem to figure it out by just googleing...

I have a iPhone 6, 8.1.1, and I would like to jailbrake it using TaiG. As usual, your supposed to restore to a fresh install of 8.1.1 before jailbraking. I was wondering, after I jailbrake, can I restore my apps, and app data without losing the jailbrake?
Thanks in advance!

yes, I updated OTA.
So how would I restore my apps after jailbraking? Do I have to reinstall them one by one?

Here's what I did.

Took a back up through iTunes.
Put the phone in DFU and flashed 8.1.1
Then restored the backup
Finally JB'ed it.
