Restore Assistance Please!!!

i have to restore and jailbreak again. how do i find a list of my jailbreaks so i can re-add them manually to my phone so i can see which one of those gave me issues with my visual voicemail. yes i did a search of the threads and came up empty. all i have is aptbackup but it doesnt give me a list, just restored all the jailbreaks on my device.

please help me with this if you can

try using the rock app in cydia it shows the things you've downloaded in a list

I just use PkgBackup. It works, and it always has.
