Restore from backup...Quick question

I just exchanged my 3GS at the Apple Store and everything is backed up on my MBP. I had the newer 5.0 carrier .ipcc on my older 3GS, so I was wondering if this would be stored in my backup of my old phone. I was planning on using a restore from backup period, but the newer carrier file has caused a lot of problems lately for me (incoming call forwarded, some texts not sending, etc.). Any help? I dont think so. I just restored from my 3.0 JB phone backup which had the 5.1 carrier and now im running 3.1 and it said I had carrier 5.0.
