Restore from Time Machine

Need some help with a few permission issues:apple:.
Just reinstalled Leopard after a hard drive upgrade and all went well apart from a few errors after installation.It was a clean install and just my iTunes and pictures came a across from the time machine back up.

Are the errors below anything to worry about ? Everything is running fine at the moment :confused:
