Restore Help

Okay I have a small but difficult problem. A couple of days ago I had to reboot my laptop (Iphone is synced to it). While I was rebooting the laptop, the phone locks up on me and had to restore it when the laptop was finished.

Now I cannot get my apps back on my phone. Even if I try to reinstall them, they say that the laptop is now not authorized for it.

What do I do?

Simple, authorize your computer in iTunes and you will be good to go

Okay, so what about the apps that I bought and don't have them on my comp anymore.
