Restore Help

I was doing a complete data wipe on my phone because I was swapping with my girlfriend and the thing ran out of batteries part of the way through and now will not go beyond the apple logo when the phone turns on....Any ideas how I can get it back in business?

Put the device into Recover Mode or DFU Mode and then do a restore in iTunes.
