iPhone Restore iPhone 6 iOS 9.2 beta 4

Anyone know how to do this properly, I am enrolled in the Apple Public beta program and have installed the beta software originally OTA from apple. I am having weird freezing and graphical glitches since the first beta and I want to try to restore my iPhone. I tried to do this in iTunes but I get the message:

"There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone 'Joey's iPhone'. The requested resource was not found."

I am not a paid Apple Developer so I can't find a download link from Apple when I login to the public beta program. What should I do?

and if I manually download an IPSW for my device and option+restore in iTunes, I get the "This device isn't eligible for the requested build" error that everyone on here is seeming to get with beta 4. ugh. any ideas?

alright i'm seeing posts indicating to restore with beta 3, then OTA update to beta 4. hopefully i can still restore my backup after

Are you trying to put the official version of iOS 9 on your iPhone? If so, you have to put your phone in recovery mode. Which is turning the device off and then holding the home button while plugging in the lightening cable.

You'll need to do a DFU restore on your phone. Backup your phone to your mac and iCloud, first. DFU stands for Device Firmware Upgrade, I believe. It more or less wipes out the phone entirely then you "restore" your phone with iTunes to install the newest firmware.

It was my understanding that DFU mode was only required to downgrade back to iOS 9.1 from the 9.2 betas. I'm worried if I put my iPhone in DFU mode and I get a similar error that prevents me from restoring iOS9.2 beta 4, I'll be stuck in DFU mode.

I am trying to resolve a very strange freezing/graphic glitch issue I'm having with my iPhone by restoring it with the most current public beta (which is also what I have running on my iPhone).

You could DFU and get back to 9.1 and then download PB profile and back to 9.2 B4. Maybe you're able to restore your backup that you should make.

That's not a bad idea. This constant freezing every 10 seconds is driving me absolutely insane. Lol.
