Restore iTunes from phone

Hi
My 8 year old iMac died at the weekend and so I treated myself to a new MBP. Trouble is I don't have backups of the old iMac (yeah I know..) so now the only place all my music is stored is on my phone. Is there a way to rebuild my iTunes using my phone? Same Apple ID will be used as before.

Do you still have the old iMac?

If you do, you can pull the hard drive and stick it in an external case and then transfer your content to the MBP.

I was hoping for software recommendations as hard drive is dead and not sure if it is recoverable.

iMazing or iExplorer are very good. I have used iMazing with great success.
