iMac 21.5 late 2012 vs iMac 27 2019 for stuff like restore old pictures (negatives and positives dias) in Lightroom. I have the late 2012 version I am really looking into the 27" 5K iMac, but I have no idea if the purchase would be overkill for the job. I am sure the higher resolution will help, but would I get more off the hand when buying bigger and better machine? (know it sounds stupid, but any advice would help)
