iPhone Restore Photos possible?

I am new here but I need a little bit help
thank you!

I forgot the passcode of my iPhone so it gets disabled.

sync was able but no photos were copy.
but I need the photos they are very important for me.

in normal way I was not able to rescue the photos so I make my iPhone new by a new backup.
iTunes make a sync before Restoring automatic but there Are no Photos when i use It.

is there a way with a jailbreak to rescue the photos on the iPhone - delete through the new backup? is there a way with a browser like Ifile to search the deleted photos? on The restored iPhone?

or is it possible To find Fotos in The Sync iTunes make automatic ?

or they gone forever?

Did you have iCloud turned on? Did you have Photo Stream turned on? If so, as soon as you log into your iCloud account, all of your photos will be accessible. Your phone does not need to be jailbroken to access iCloud.

Well, the question is a moot point if your iPhone was not jailbroken before you 'forgot' the passcode.

To run a jailbreak you need springboard access and the passcode needs to be off. And your problem is you forgot the passcode.

So 'forget' about trying to jailbreak your phone.

Wasn't a post like identical to this made last week?

I know how you could get the passcode, ask the person that it belongs to you. You should turn the phone in to an Apple store or to the police.

I hate liars. And I hate thieves. So either way, I hate you. I hope whoever owns that phone tracks it, finds you, and kicks your ass.

There is absolutely nothing you can do to get that phone to a state where you can restore it and sell it as factory restored. No one is going to help you with property that isn't yours and is very likely stolen property. Sorry *******.
