Does mac osx have restore points? i pressed release files in the stupid program called lamesecure and eveyrhting is gone, ALL my pictures, itunes EVERYTHING!

what are restore points? like automatic backups to restore your system to?

no i thoughnt releasing them from lamesecure ment releaseing the files i had protected in the folder it had created. i didnt know release ment DELETE EVERYTHING. go here ot read what happend https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/207520/
