I went a little crazy with all the new tweaks and apps offered and suggested here with Cydia.
For example, I wanted to get the icons of a few apps off my springboard and added, "poof" to do so.

When I later uninstalled poof noticed those same icons missing. I reinstalled poof and attempted to add them back but it was a no-go.

Fast forward a bit and when I uninstalled a couple of Cydia apps noticed the five or six download tweaks that accompanied the app remained after I deleted the app.
Probably not an issue, but not sure.
All in, I decided to simply restore and kind of start all over again- restore (as a new device so as not to have any lingering issues!)- jailbreak- and cleanly add only those tweaks/apps I am sure I want to keep.

It took awhile, but I am now set-up all over again but without the shenanigans of stuff left over on my iPhone I don't want on it.

Anyone else go through this procedure or was what I did a little overkill?
Just wanted to read other members goings on with this jailbreak.

These are the apps I have kept:

1- BiteSMS
2- Ask to Call
3- Camera Tweak
4- Fullscreen Lockscreen
5- Winterboard w/ Newport theme
6- Reset Killer
7- Software Update Killer
8- TetherMe
9- %Hook's Law
