Does anyone know how to restore the older "snooze" behaviors of Reminders in El Capitian? You used to be able to choose from an array of options to snooze the calendar reminders/Reminders.app notifications, e.g. Snooze for 5 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, tomorrow, 1 week, etc.

Now all you can do is "remind me tomorrow or remind me in an hour". Thanks!

I posted about this as well. I sent in a comment during the beta period. It would seem to be a major workflow issue, but I don't see much about it. This happened between two other releases, can't remember which ones, and Apple actually switched it back from limited choices for snooze, to more choices. Now they've switched it back once more. I just can't understand the value in that. I don't see the design issue or usability issue.

Maybe someone smarter than me can help explain it to me. It's kind of infuriating.

I am hoping it is a setting, but even then what a terrible setting to enable. Pretty much every program on earth that deals with reminders gives you granular control. Maybe I know that, because I am busy, I need to be reminded in 2 hours instead of one Apple. :(

This change is infuriating! First they only had snooze 15 minutes, then for a while they gave us tons of choice, 15, 30, 45 an hour, now it's back to 5 minutes or an hour. Both suck. And for some strange reason, you get more choice when you snooze a calendar appointment. If any Apple people are reading this, for God's sake please stop taking away features!

Same here, this is such a major flaw. I also did submit this in beta testing. This is such an annoying flaw for me since I mostly use Remind me in 15 min and this option is now gone!

This hasn't been fixed in 10.11.1 and I'm not holding my breath that they will. Are there any alternatives which sync between OS X and iOS and also offer Siri like natural language input?
