Hi,

I deleted my boot camp partition but the boot camp assistant gave me and error that said that the disk could not be restored to a single unit.

With the new Disk Utility I can't find the option to restore it (400gigs out of 750)

Any ideas?

Thanks

After updating to PB3, I took another whack at this issue and ultimately found that there's no other recourse apart from wiping the disk clean and starting all over again unless Apple patches this issue specifically in a future update. I tried booting from USB drive (with the installer) to fix / restore the disk into one partition using Disk Utility and still ran into issues with the partition map.

I will downgrade my Mac to Yosemite and wait for a stable version before upgrading again. Best of luck!
