Restore version 2.1 iphone to 1.1.4

So I upgraded my iphone to the 2.0 then to 2.1 and i am unable to jailbreak it because I can not find a program. Does anyone know how I can get my iphone back to 1.1.4? Or a program i can use to jailbreak it? I have tried pwange tool and it says that "can not find phone version (5F136) which I don't understand because that is 2.1 in different terms. If anyone can let me know that'd be awesome. Thanks.

What if you're a mac user? I noted that when i looked at quickpwn 2.1 it said it was for windows. Is there a mac version?
