restore with out updating !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a hacked iphone running on 1.0.2 and i want to restore to just return to the apple software. So I don't want to update to 1.1.1 dose anyone know how to do this?

I followed the first three steps of this guide:

One thing to note is to make sure you have a good restore file. For some reason I download the restore file from somewhere and it wasn't working, iTunes kept asking me to update. I finally downloaded it from another source and it worked great.
