Restored to 2.1 custom carrier is still there.

Title pretty much explains it, i just updated to the new 2.1 and it still says iBen instead of AT&T.

How would i go about getting rid of it, i used to be jailbroken and i have a 3G iphone.

i think you'll have to wait until a new JB is out so u can change it manually

Are you sure you did a restore? Try doing it through DFU and see what happens.

Thats what i did, i didn't click update, didn't want to brick my phone.

I guess ill wait for a new JB, not in a big hurry or anything.

If you did it through DFU then it should've wiped it. Meh, it's not going to break anything.

It got restored when you used your backup instead of setting it up as a new phone.
