Restoring an unlocked iPhone - any particular steps?

Hello,

I've an unlocked jailbroken iPhone 1.1.1. I need to (try to) do a firmware restore to 1.1.1. Do I need to do something about anySIM first? (Like install OneSIM, re-virginize, etc.), or do I simply point to the firmware file in iTunes and click Restore?

If it's never been unlocked pre-1.1.1, than simple restore will do.

Option click (mac) shift click (pc), to choose to restore to 1.1.1 file
