Restoring Apple apps

How can I restore the Stocks and Weather apps that originally came with my iPhone? I deleted them a few months ago in favor of other products, but have a need for them from time to time.

How did you delete them? You can't delete apples own apps to my knowledge.

I got them wiggling and hit the X. I thought they'd be available at the app store, or somewhere else controlled by Apple, but so far, nothing.
