I really need help with this backup I restored on my new iPhone 6.
I restored the backup on my phone and unfortunately the backup contained an account which is not mine I tried resiting all setting and now is resquesting for me to enter a password for "find my iPhone" which I dont know . Please help

That's simply not possible. In order to put a backup back on your iPhone, you need to enter the corresponding credentials. You can't put back a backup that isn't yours. If this is actually your phone, which you came by legally, than please consult an Apple Store genius.

I have a healthy dose of curiousity, so, just to check:
1. Is it actually your own phone?
2. What method did you use to restore the backup?
3. Whose account is in your backup, and why? Your backup came from your computer, right?
