My e-mails on my iPhone has been deleted.
Now I'm searching for a way to restore them.
(I have a "POP-3" account, and when I use my computer for updating e-mails,
then the server delete the e-mails after delivery)
I have all my e-mail history on my computer and on my iPad.
I thought that I could backup my iPad in iTunes and then get the e-mails back to my iPhone,
but that's not an option.
Could there be any trick to copy e-mails from iPad to iPhone?
Thanks in advance
Jens

Perhaps someone else has a better answer but, with the way things currently are, as long as you have a POP3 account type you're going to have this issue.

You could, of course, change to an IMAP provider (does your email provider do it?) or...have your email forwarded (if possible at your provider's web access) to an IMAP account.

You could also add a new IMAP account to your devices and, on your computer, copy the missing emails to a folder in the IMAP account.

Thank you for your help.
I have reasons for not changing to an "IMAP" account.
You have to start from "0-mails" and it don't save ny old mails.
- Now The struggle is just to export ny mails on my iPad to my iPhone,- and it seems to be difficult :)

Hmmm. What kind of email provider has separate accounts for accessing with pop3 or imap?!?

I think your problem is that you have deleted them on the server after downloading. Imap gives a mirror of the server content.

Disable your pop3 mail check.
Setup imap on your computer in addition to your pop3 in the same app
Copy/paste or drag/drop all your old mail to The imap inbox and they will be uploaded to the server
Setup all your devices to use imap and never ever look back at pop3

I Will contact my provider if I can do that.
This could be an option.
