So I was finally able to install FoldereEnhancer today (thanks to Saurik and everyone else for all of their hard work), but I'm wondering how I can get my folders set up like they were before. I thought that all of my apps would move back into their proper folders once I installed FolderEnhancer, but I was clearly wrong.

Is there a way to make that happen besides doing a restore via pkgbackup? I don't want to do that because I'm sure that many of the jb apps in my backup are not yet compatible with ios6 and I don't want to get stuck in a reboot loop.

I'm pretty sure that the layout of your folders is backed up when you do a backup in itunes, so does that mean that I have to restore from backup in itunes now that I've installed FolderEnhancer? Or is there some other way of doing it that might be easier? I'd hate to have to manually move everything around again.

For me, several of my folders went back to where they were on my 4S, but not all. A lot of that is because my iPhone 5 had a different folder structure and many new apps, so the new apps and things in different folder names got kicked out and I had to reorganize. Didn't take long, though...about 5-10 minutes and I am good.
