Restoring from iPhone X (11.1.1) to 7+ (10.3.3

quick question.
Upgraded my wife from a 7+(10.3.3) to an X(11.1.1).
She wants to move back to the 7+. Can I restore her iPX 11.1.1 iCloud backup data to her 7+ (10.3.3 phone)?

Or does the restore file to the 7+ have to be a 10.3.3 backup?

You have to update the iPhone 7 to iOS 11 to restore the backup.

Otherwise you'll have to use an old iOS 10 backup (if you have one) or the data that's already on the phone (if not already set up as new) to stay on iOS 10.
