restoring iphone software stuck?

seems to be stuck needs one more centimeter to finish but has been stuck at this stage for an hour.
my iphone4 is stick on the apple with the bar a little more than half way?

should i just redo it? anyone else experiencing this?
 
is it just me? I'm not getting any error messages, just stuck there for an 1.5 hours
