Hi.

I was able to set up my new iPhone 6s on iOS 9.3 PB3 and to start a restore from iCloud, but every time that it asks me for my password a message appears that says "Verification failed, this action could not be completed. Try again."

I can't even reset my phone and start the restore again.

I'm restoring from an iPhone 5s that was on iOS 9.3 PB3 as well.

If nothing else works, put it aside for a day and try again later.
I didn't get a new phone, but I was getting asked for my iCloud password like 50 times for a few days recently, even had a few notices about my iOS devices getting dropped off the trusted device list, and notices about my devices activating FaceTime and iMessage with no action on my part (guessing it deactivated and activated again, but you don't get a deactivation notice). I changed my password just in case, but I really think it was a glitch or connection issue to one of the iCloud servers.
Luckily it all stopped since yesterday.

Thanks for the help but I just set up as new because it was actually impossible to restore.

And I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue.

Yeah, I just set up as new. Seems to be some iCloud server issues (not user-related) that were causing the problem.

I was in the same boat. I ended up Updating to iOS 9.2.1 in recovery mode, install all the missing apps, reset the settings and then update to 9.3 beta 3 OTA.
