Unsure how you expect anyone to help when you've given virtually no details what do ever.

What service are you using? Where are you located? What browser or app are you using? What model Mac? What are you trying to watch?

As you've upgraded to macOS Catalina, iTunes no longer exists. Your movie file should be in the "TV" application. Click the "Library" tab on the app, then "Movies" on the side panel.

The only other thing I can think of is if you've somehow enabled some "Restrictions" in the Preferences of the application. Make sure it's all options are unchecked.
