iPhone Restrictions on???

Around midnight, suddenly restrictions turned on on my phone. News app is hidden. Can't use certain apps. What the hell?

I have no restrictions set in Screen Time. I even disabled it altogether, but that didn't fix anything. I have no idea what to do, other than wait to see if this "fixes" itself tomorrow.

Anyone else?

Do you have any profiles installed? Any change of location/country to where some of those apps don't work?

No change in the location. I've had a font profile installed for a while, but now I can't find the profile setting at all, so that's worrisome...

Ok, I did find the Chamorro (US) language installed. I deleted that, and everything seems back to normal. Hopefully that's not a sign of something worse
