OK, I have Parallels and installed it on my M1 Mac Mini. I joined the MS Insider Program and downloaded and installed Windows 10. Everything was peachy until one day I restarted and got "upgraded" to Windows 11. Some of my Windows applications do not play well in Windows 11 and are unlikely to do so anytime soon.

Is there a way to revert to or reinstall Windows 10 and stay at 10 indefinitely?

It is a complex question I believe few will be able to answer. You can stop the upgrade (registry, local GPO) as such and prevent the W11 upgrade, but I believe the Windows flavour we are using (M1) will then expire after some time (non proven). Worth giving it a try I'd guess if compatibility is what you are fighting.

Windows 10 ARM insider expired so the answer is no. Microsoft killed off Windows 10 ARM.

I think the Windows 10 > 11 upgrade is an issue for pretty much all Windows users. It’s a very onerous forced upgrade by Microsoft and people are finding it hard to avoid and even if they try they are surprised to find Windows 11 is magically installed when they wake up

I found this in a search: https://www.easeus.com/knowledge-center/stop-windows-11-update.html
Unless your PC doesn't comply with the security features Win11 requires. To me, Win11 will not work as my custom built PC does not have one hardware feature enabled (I did that on purpose). Hence, Win11 upgrade installer only cries in a corner while I ignore it.
