Retina Display in 2011 iPad or 2012?

What are the chances we will see a retina display iPad in the next model

Or it is too much for the developers to switch to retina display for their apps on the Iphone now so apple will wait it out until 2012 to make a retina display ipad?

How about you think about the fact that retina display will push iPad to go even beyond 1080P resolution on 10 inch screen? So, think about the costs?
