I got the iphone 4 on tuesdays and decided that i wasnt happy with the reception i was getting in my house, and decided to port my number back over to Verizon. What are my options with the iphone 4 i currently have. Do I have to return it or can i sell it on ebay and pay the early termination fee?

You should be able to return it but if not then you will have to pay the early termination fee.
You can return it. If you bought it from Apple there is not restock fee, and you should be able to get a prorated bill from ATT for the service used.
