I keep searching for any potential info on a return policy but come up short. I don't know much about cell phone contracts but 'I think' AT&T is 30 days (or it's a law?). And Apple is 14 days....
Can anyone venture to guess what the return policy on the phone will be and what restocking fee there might be? My husband's only concern is the speed of EDGE (he has 3G now).
Basically, if one gets the phone AND signs up for the AT&T plan and finds one can't tolerate it, what do you think the return option/scenario would be?
While 'I' feel the iPhone is a no-brainer and will work wonderfully (they keyboard too), I imagine there'll be people who are so used to their old smartphones (esp. the keyboard) that they'll try the keyboard for 20 minutes and give up on the 'getting used to it' part.... What will these types be able to do here?
