Other Returning an iPhone to the Apple Store

Hey fellas,

I hope that someone can clarify this for me.

Can a friend of mine return the iPhone I bought? Last Sunday I purchased a XS while on a trip to the UK, but now I'm back home and I won't be able to travel again anytime soon.

So can I give him the phone along with the box including the rest of the accessories and do the return that way? I paid with a card. I have an online receipt, however I also asked for a printed receipt. I can include that as well.

Also, my friend can return the phone to the same Apple Store I bought it from, if that makes any difference.

Yeah, he should be fine. The funds will be sent back to the card used for the purchase.
