I upgrade yearly and tried to do iUP this year and was declined with a basic reason of not verifying my information. So I tried to do the Xbox All Access today, same company as iUP. Got the same error but they called back today and said I been approved for both now without issues.

I got my iP12Pro on launch day with AC 24 months 0%. Can I get that switched over to iUP somehow? Would that require a return and repurchased new phone kinda deal? Apple support is long and isn't answering either.

I believe you can do this if you bring it into a store. I doubt they’d be able to do it over the phone. Essentially you would just return and rebuy the same phone, but this time through the Upgrade Program.

Would it matter given its been 2 weeks or so? Also I would have to see if my Apple Store is open.

Not sure if they’d be willing to do that after 2 weeks, can’t hurt to try though.

Rep basically told me to take the value loss on my iPhone 12 Pro, and then sign up for the program. No Thanks. I'll wait it out. smh

Would have to return and rebuy, close out the other loan and open a new one. Also they won't let you return and rebuy your same actual phone...they have to do with rebuy with a phone from their stock.

You can rebuy the same phone, I just did this last week.
