Returning my 32GB for the 16GB?????

I'm curious If I should exchange my iPad for the 16GB, granted....if they don't charge me a restocking fee like they said they won't.
It seems like the extra 16 gigs might go to. Waste considering I use my iPhone for all my music. I could be saving money by getting a lower model.
All help me not needing a lot of hard drive space.

Keep it unless you need new functionality like the 3g version
Apple is just playing you with the 32GB but as long as you bought it you might as well keep it.. .
