So this might "offend" some of the most eager Nano display users, but I have to say it. Received my 14" M4 Pro with nano display four days ago and I have been using it a lot (like I normally do). The screen is amazing, and in normal lighting conditions at home it's so good. BUT!

I have been using a really good matte magnetic screen protector on my previous M2 Pro for two years, and I loved it. When comparing the glossy wearing a matte screen protector with Nano texture I see that there is not much difference at all. I know this might sound crazy, but it really isn't, especially in normal lighting at home using dark mode. I also noticed that nano feels slightly less brighter than the glossy one on whites with full brightness.

So for me the conclusion is: Return Nano, buy a glossy, and use it with the matte screen protector, and just take off the magnetic protector whenever I need the extra sharpness and vibrant colours of glossy while editing videos/photos. That way I have "both" glossy and matte at my disposal.

Can you please post which screen protector you've used on your M2 Pro? do they have one for the 14 inch Macbook?
