Returning of Wifi Bug ghost

Since the last beta, wifi bug ghost has returned back!
Same solution works though.
I really don't understand is it so tough for Apple to completely remove the wifi bug from OSX??!
Is there anyone else facing it?

Regarding to wifi bug, this bug persists from first beta to GM.
God knows how Apple construct their Mac OS X. We all know these are key concepts for day to day use.
I could guess this might be a reason why Apple fail to enter enterprise market competitively.

so can you run the wifi diagnostics tool in monitor mode to capture the issue?
