I ordered the iPhone 14 pro max with a financial payment in the italian Apple store online, I have two doubts that I hope you can clear up. When I receive my iPhone if I wil choose to return it for any reasons I can do that having the financial payment?
My second doubt is : Can I return it during the 14 days even if I‘ve set up and used my iPhone? Because I read the terms and conditions they said that the software must be unsealed, but I see people use to return apple devices even after having used them.. I’m confused! Sorry for my english!
