iPad Returning work iPad - How to delete all content

Hi,
I have my apple id in my work ipad and that means that it syncs with my phone so I have some personal photos on my work iPad. I am finishing my contract and will be returning my work iPad.

How can I delete all my content from the iPad please.

Erase iPad

Erase all content and settings from your iPad and restore it to factory settings.

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings (then just confirm a couple times). iPad will do a full reset and look like it did on day 1.
