iPad Returning work iPad - How to delete all content

Hi,
I have my apple id in my work ipad and that means that it syncs with my phone so I have some personal photos on my work iPad. I am finishing my contract and will be returning my work iPad.

How can I delete all my content from the iPad please.

Erase iPad

To delete all your content and settings from iPad, erase (wipe) your device. For example, erase iPad before you sell it, trade it in, or give it away.

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings (then just confirm a couple times). iPad will do a full reset and look like it did on day 1.
