Hi, hope someone can help me.

Basically. I purchased a Macbook Pro 13inch last Sunday from a store but now I want to return it for a refund.

Reason is that I can't get on with the 13inch model so want to get the 17inch model but not till after Christmas as I cannot afford it.

Does anyone know what they are like about returning open and used products?

You can't do anything but eat the the restocking fee. Like jav6454 said, 14-days with original receipt.

What was wrong with the 13-inch if any or was it just too small of a screen?
