trying to install OS 9 on a 233mhz imac and keep getting an error code and a memory issue. i believe the memory issue is not systgem dependent but don't know. the error code is an ID 10 error.

can anyone give me a little help?

Just a couple of simple thigns first. one, did you upgrade to firmware update 1.2 first. and second, is this a retail CD or one that came with another machine. If its from another machine, it won't work.
